Creating an EE7 Account and Signing In
The registration form itself is short. The part worth taking seriously is what you enter into it. A mobile number you still control, the correct age details and a unique password will save much more time than rushing through sign-up and trying to repair the account later. Have These Details Ready
EE7 is restricted to users aged 18 or above. Keep your own phone nearby because the verification code is normally delivered there. If the platform later checks a payment, differences between your profile, identification and payment account can slow things down, so use accurate information from the outset.

Enter the requested number and personal details without abbreviations or invented information. Choose a username that does not expose your birthday, phone number or full name. A longer password made from unrelated words, numbers and symbols is usually stronger than a familiar name with one digit attached. Read the terms and privacy notice before ticking the box.
Verify the Mobile Number Yourself
A one-time password may arrive by SMS. Copy it directly into the verification field and do not forward it, read it aloud or send a screenshot to anyone. Genuine support should not need that code. After EE7 accepts it, the account should become available for login.
Returning to Your EE7 Account
- Open the official app or website rather than an old message link.
- Choose Login and enter the registered number or username.
- Add your password, checking for typing errors before submitting.
- Complete any security prompt on the same device.
Shared devices deserve extra care. Do not let the browser remember the password, and use the full sign-out option when you finish. Closing a tab alone can leave a session active for the next person.
When the Login Stops Working
